Preparing for Your TeleHealth Appointment, via Zoom

Nancy Sheetz, executive director for the Farmington Valley Visiting Nurse Association, will lead a Zoom seminar on “How to Prepare for Your TeleHealth meeting” from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 11.

Telemedicine refers to practicing patient care through a digital platform instead of the provider and patient being physically together.

Generally, this is a video visit via a device that connects to the internet such as a computer, tablet, or smartphone.
