Meditation Series
March 15, 22 & 29 from 1:00 p.m. — 1:50 p.m.

The practice of meditation is well demonstrated to reduce the physical effects of stress on the body.  In this free, three-week series, learn tips and techniques to create a meditation practice. This practice is designed to help reduce stress, anxiety and helps to promote a better night’s sleep.
