Henry C. Weatherby, founding principal of the law firm of Weatherby & Associates, will be at Simsbury Senior Center from 1 to 3 p.m. Thursday, March 29.

In this free program, he will discuss the benefits of using an elder-law attorney; how to protect your assets and estate from unwanted predators; Power of Attorney and why is it important to have one; and living wills and why you need one.

Hank has a BS in Human Resource Management from the State University of New York, Albany, and a JD degree from the University of Connecticut School Of Law. He is a member of the Connecticut and Idaho Bar Associations and the Hartford County Bar Association.
