The first half of this 60-minute class employs standing aerobic exercises using fun music and simple motions.
For the second half, hand weights strengthen and tone the upper body, and standing exercises strengthen and tone the lower body.
We are both seated and standing for the second half.
A final cool-down stretch leaves you feeling energized and relaxed. Equipment is provided.
